As you check out my website you may get the idea that I am a multi-tasker and you would be right. This is something others at times find confusing because bookkeeping and business supposedly are what one side of the brain does and art belongs to the other side of the brain. Well I say.....why let a perfectly good side of your brain go to waste. Walaa! So bring in the mixed media and oil painting.

It all started a few years back when I decided to take my son to art lessons with a well known local artist named

Peter Olsen. Peter Olsen is a master artist who it is absolutely a privilege beyond measure to be able to study with and I had no idea the journey that would begin for me. For months my son tried to get me to take up a project and finally I did.

Though I had art experience in my background in the form of web design experience and commercial digital art using Photoshop and other software, it just didn't occur to me how wonderful and rewarding creating art with paints and other media could be.

Now years later you can't pry me away from painting.

So enjoy my efforts. Hopefully you'll have as much fun looking as I do painting.
